He sends out a questionnaire prior to the appointment, that asks pertinent inquiries to help make the experience more meaningful and comfortable, i.e. massage type, problem areas, pressure, even down to, temperature of massage table, and even room temperature. It seems he has all the latest massage technology available to use as needed, i.e. infrared heat lamps, heated towels, blankets. His studio is immaculate, and you can tell he takes pride in the cleanliness of room, and health of client. Callum has a warmth, yet professional caring manner. I have to say his massage style, and techniques are skilled. It is evident that he has received additional training besides his initial massage accreditations, and that he keeps up on the latest massage practices, and methods. I always feel relaxed and transformed when the massage is finished, never feeling rushed. I have to say that his massage is the best I have ever received, and always leave with satisfaction and looking forward to my next session with Callum. Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars.“
